Governance & transparency
Public trust deserves a clear record.
Our governance commitments place public benefit, responsible stewardship and equal access at the centre of the organisation’s work.
Financial accountability
Resources held for the mission.
Funds and grants are applied only to approved mission-related activities, with records maintained for review.
Procurement, project delivery and reporting should be proportionate, documented and open to appropriate oversight.
Conflicts of interest are expected to be declared and managed in the organisation’s best interests.
Public benefit statement
Graphic Novels Library Malta exists to advance literacy, education and culture for public benefit. Activities support access to visual literature, youth participation, preservation of collections and opportunities for local creators. No part of the organisation’s work is intended for private profit.
Non-discrimination policy
Everyone has a place in the story.
We are committed to equal access and do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, ethnic or national origin, gender, gender identity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, age, disability, family status or any other protected characteristic. We seek reasonable accessibility measures and respectful, safe participation across our activities.
