Medical students at the University of Malta
We work with Mater Dei Hospital, the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Malta, Gozo General Hospital, primary health centres and national patient organisations.
Internationally, members participate in European urological association activity, joint guideline review and multi-centre audit. Collaboration proposals are considered by the committee against a simple test: does it improve care or knowledge in Malta?
Donations fund small research grants for trainees, the printing of patient leaflets, and the cost of running public awareness stands. The association holds no paid staff.
Bank transfer details and formal receipts for donations are issued on request. Donations of any size are acknowledged, and the annual accounts filed with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations record the total received.
We do not accept donations that carry conditions on our clinical positions, guidance or public statements.

“The grant was four hundred euro. It paid for the statistics course that got my audit published. That is what a small association can do.”
